What is the Max Meditation System™?

The Max Meditation System ™ uses the full spectrum of meditation techniques for a fully revitalising experience.

This will truly teach you how to meditate.

It is based on a fusion of ancient techniques of Yoga and mind acrobatics mixed with modern techniques of psychology and Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).

The Max Meditation System™ is based on the 5 components of meditation:

How the meditation session works:

A Max Meditation System™ session is a one hour session.

I am guiding you all the way with my voice. In a meditation session the client is always in control of themselves. Meditation has been around since the beginning of human existence and is a natural and normal experience.

This session can be done as a one-on-one session if that is something you would prefer. I also offer online meditation sessions via Zoom.

Group sessions can also be done, please enquire.
