What is meditation?

It’s a buzz word these days and everyone has heard of meditation.  There are a lot of definitions about what it is, what it does and why you should be doing it.

But in essence, it’s a technique that quiets your mind so you can have more clarity in your life.  It’s deeply relaxing and when done regularly it helps with removing ‘clutter’ from your life (which starts with the mind).  It helps you focus more easily on daily tasks, get things done and helps with stress, to name just a few.

What is Max Meditation System™ then?

The Max Meditation System™ uses the full spectrum of meditation techniques for a fully revitalising experience.

This will truly teach you how to meditate.  By using all or parts of these techniques in your own daily practice it will help with learning how to meditate on your own.  It is something to get used to, but it’s not at all difficult and one day everyone will know the benefits again.  Meditation has been around since the beginning of human existence and is a natural and normal experience.

It is based on a fusion of ancient techniques of Yoga and mind acrobatics mixed with modern techniques of psychology and Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).

The Max Meditation System™ is based on the 5 components of meditation:

It was developed by Founder Gudni Gudnason of the Modern Mystery School, who traveled the world exploring the phenomena of the mind and people. He learned the ancient methods from prominent teachers in India and Tibet and has a degree in NLP and Psychology.

How it works

A Max Meditation System™ session is a one hour session.

I am guiding you all the way with my voice.  In a meditation session the client is always in control of themselves.  Whenever you want to open your eyes and stop, you just do that.

A meditation session can also be a deep healing session.  It can be done as a one-on-one session if that is something you would prefer.

I offer in-person sessions but also online sessions for those who want to experience it from the comfort of home.
